Our goal is to help patients safely stabilize from opioid use and transition into continued treatment through our residential treatment program, with a stronger foundation for long-term recovery.
Moving directly from detox into rehab lets patients transition from physical stabilization to psychological healing without a gap in care, which lowers the risk of relapse or dangerous complications during that vulnerable window.
Once stabilized, patients take part in individual, group, and family therapy in a substance-free environment, using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT to address the thought and behavior patterns behind opioid use.
Alongside therapy, patients build practical skills such as stress management, emotional regulation, and communication, giving them tools to handle high-risk situations after leaving treatment.
Before discharge, our team builds a detailed aftercare plan, including referrals to outpatient therapy, support groups, and sober living options, so recovery continues well beyond the treatment center.
We work with most major insurance providers, and private-pay and financing options are also available for patients seeking fentanyl detox or heroin detox in San Diego. At this time, we’re unable to accept Medi-Cal or Medicaid.
